Here’s a look at the Halle Open 2022 semifinal clash between Daniil Medvedev vs Oscar Otte which will take place on Saturday, June 18th.
Halle Open 2022: Daniil Medvedev’s tournament so far
Daniil Medvedev made it to the semifinals of the Halle Open by beating Roberto Bautista Agut in straight sets 6-2, 6-4 on Friday. The Russian star got past David Goffin in the first round before getting over the line against Ilya Ivashka in the round of 16. Medvedev is yet to lose a set at the Halle Open and is looking in a menacing mood ever since returning from his injury. Medvedev finished as the runner-up at the Australian and Rosmalen Opens but will be eager to win some more titles this season. He will be hoping to carry forward his good run at the German tournament into the semifinal against the local boy Oscar Otte.
