Heath Slater didn’t have the best of times on Impact Wrestling as he lost to Moose

Former WWE star Heath Slater had the chance to not only win an Impact Wrestling contract but also the TNA World Heavyweight title recently.

The hottest free agent in wrestling had featured on Slammiversary and even met up with old tag partner Rhino backstage, but was asked to leave since he wasn’t an employee.

He had the chance to get a contract on Impact but needed to defeat TNA World Heavyweight Champion Moose. This was also for the title, and well, things didn’t exactly go Slater’s way.

The referee was hit after an irish whip and this allowed Moose to use a low blow on Slater. Moose rolled up Slater to pick up the win, but the former WWE star was not happy with all that happened.

Impact tweeted that Slater had been robbed of a contract and a spot on the roster while the former WWE star also responded:

Many tweet in support of Slater

Slater had worked a ton after being released by WWE and many fans were shocked that he couldn’t get into Impact due to Moose’s misdeeds.

Slater also hit out at Moose for a second time after the low blow and even called him “a******” on social media:

However, there could be a silver lining for Slater with many calling for a rematch and also some wanting it to be no holds barred.

Even Brian Myers, another former WWE star, tweeted in support of Slater and just wanted him on Impact:

This could all be a work to get more traction for Slater after he appeared on Impact. The former WWE star does look to be in great shape and it will be interesting to see what is in store for him.
