Over its run, the show has faced numerous hurdles. One major one was Cabe Gallo’s death at the hands of one of their main antagonists during Season 2. Furthermore, towards the end of Season 4, their lab was completely obliterated due to an explosion.
The show also explored several other major issues, such as the tension between Paige and Walter and Sylvester and Florence. Additionally, Elyes Gabel led a team of brilliant minds that solved crime cases worldwide in order to save peoples’ lives.
Throughout Season 4, many dramatic moments took place among cast members. Sly was betrayed by Florence, while Paige struggled between love and her job with Scorpions. “A Lie in the Sand,” was particularly moving – in it Walter’s white lie came to a head as his team battled sandstorms and landmines in Africa.
Unfortunately, this show was canceled after four seasons due to declining ratings; however, you may still be able to catch it on Netflix; they have an excellent track record in reviving older shows that have been canceled.
Scorpion was an exceptional series, remembered fondly for its exciting action sequences and emotional character moments. Although fans will miss this series greatly, rest assured that the cast and crew have plenty of opportunities for future projects to pursue their careers.
