Sampo will inform you that the Overlook Space Anchor is where you can find real treasure. You have to go to the Overlook Space Station in order to reach the Overlook Space Anchor. Take a lift to the Overlook Space Anchor once you have arrived at the Overlook Space Station.
In the Great Mine area, you will be able to find the Treasure located in the middle of the area. This area will be in the grey on the map since you have to discover this location first. Go to the area and defeat Vagrants near the camps to the left side. You will also see another Shiny spot beside the camps which will give you a gas mask.
This is not the exact Treasure that Sampo promised you, you can go back to the location where you took the Quest and talk to him. After finishing this dialogue request will come to an end and you will get the Quest rewards. You will also be handed over another mark that will lead you to the actual Treasure in Honkai Star Rail.
