Horizon Forbidden West Complete edition is not available on PC and it is one of the greatest sequel of a video game that was released.
Back in 2017, when Horizon Zero Dawn hit the PlayStation, it was a surprise hit and made waves in the gaming industry right when open world games were getting stale. The sequel Horizon Forbidden West was better than the original in every way especially with the technology upgrade i.e. the PS5.
The new game was wonderfully optimized for the newer and older generation consoles. The developers put their hard work and dedication into their craft, and it shows as this game was one of the best games released in 2022.
We recently got a PC port of Horizon Zero Dawn and it was not surprising that the sequel would get a PC port too.

The best part about PC ports in general is that there are tons of options available for customization. For example, depending on the type of hardware the PC possesses, various graphics options can be tailored to match the player’s preference. When is comes to PS5, there are not a lot of options except for 2 major ones, i.e. Fidelity mode and Performance Mode.
Another aspect of the PC port is the controller support in addition to the mouse and keyboard. Using a mouse is still the best way to control the camera and aim properly compared to controllers but there are a lot of players that prefer the controller setup due to the controller feedback it provides while gaming.
Another noticeable change to remember is that this is the complete version of the game and it includes the Burning Shores expansion. This expansion is a Horizon Forbidden West Complete edition DLC content of the game following the main plot of the base game and it was released separately in April of 2023 more than 1 year after the base game was released.
PC players have the best customization options to play and experience this game. This game was already gorgeous on the Playstation 5 but the PC port adds a whole new layer of customization options for PC gamers.
Everything can be fine tuned based the player’s preference and playstyle. As with PC games, there is always a chance to hit minor performance issues while running any game but this can easily be ignored. Horizon Forbidden West Complete edition is a must play title on any platform. This might also be one of the most overlooked titles released in the year 2022.
