Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 week 7 Quests have gone live. And this time Epic Games has not added the usual Fortnite weekly quests with XP rewards, instead a new set of limited-time challenges named Oathbound is live now. Apart from the regular weekly quests, the Oathbound quests are available to play. The part 2 Oathbound quests are available, and here we will share the tips and tricks on how to align star Sensors by damaging them in the right order in Fortnite Chapter 4. These Quests were added as soon as the Fortnite v23.20 update went live.
This Oathbound quest is very easy as you just need to damage the sensors by looking at the right moon shape. You can equip any pickaxe or other harvesting tool weapons to deal damage and hit the sensor, then you can align them accordingly. You have to look at the moon shape on the monitor to find which sensor needs to be hit first, a total of five sensors are there, and the order can be found by seeing the moon symbol. As the name implies, you need to damage the star sensors one by one in the right order and then align them to complete this new Oathbound quest. Here’s what you need to do to complete this latest Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 quest.
As already mentioned, you need to identify the moon shape on the monitor to damage the sensors accordingly in the right order.
The very first star sensor that you need to damage for this Oathbound quest is indicated by a right-sided crescent moon symbol. Look for the sensor which has the crescent moon shape on the right and hit it with your weapon.
The next sensor which is the second star sensor has a right-sided half-moon shape. Find this particular sensor and hit it, then you can align it after the first one..
The third sensor has a full moon symbol on it, damage the third sensor with your pickaxe and move to the final two.
The Fourth sensor is denoted by a half moon on the left. Use your weapon to damage the fourth star sensor. Next is the final one.
The fifth and final sensor has a crescent moon shape on the left. Damage this sensor and align it, then the quest is completed.
Once you damage and align all the 5 star sensors, you must have an immediate interaction with the cosmic monitor to complete this part Oathbound quest. Complete the quest and earn 20K XP. A new story quest will be available in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 once you complete every Oathbound quest.
