How to beat Lord Lythronax

Avoid using “Swap In Savagery” skills since Lord Lythronax’s armor combined with his innate Rend Resistance will significantly reduce the damage dealt. Instead, use swappers that deal high damage, such as Ceramagnus or Monolorhino.

When using non-damaging moves, while charging powerful ones, the player will be able to avoid his Maximal Counter-Attack. It is recommended to use raw power against Lord Lythronax. These moves work especially well against him because Lord Lythronax cannot dodge nor reduce taken damage by any means other than his armor and his Long Invincibility skill.

Avoid being too aggressive right away. Being too aggressive will often lead to Lord Lythronax activating his Maximal Counter-Attack more frequently than expected, and this is what usually leads to Game Overs.

Another thing to avoid is a one-on-one battle. Since Lord Lythronax cannot be defeated alone, smart team coordination is strongly encouraged. As long as your enemy isn’t boosted to be faster than the boss, like an Erlidominus that’s boosted to be faster than the boss, you’ll easily be taken out by him because he’s immune to Distraction and he’s always at your disposal with Nullifying Strike.
