How to beat Luigi’s Mansion 3 Polterkitty boss
You must beat Luigi’s Mansion 3 Polterkitty boss after it takes your elevator button. You can use your Dark-Light Device to find Polterkitty by tracing its footsteps, which will bring you back to the staging where the burning structures are. Furthermore, you can use the Strobulb to expose the cat’s actual shape by having it jump from home to house till it ultimately hides under a seat. You can start the fight to beat Polterkitty and retrieve the elevator button once its actual form is revealed.
During the battle with Luigi’s Mansion 3 Polterkitty boss, the cat will sometimes jump onto the roof of a building. When this happens, you should turn around and stand still. The cat will slowly approach you from behind, and you will need to wait for the perfect moment to use the Strobulb to stun it. If you use the Strobulb too early or too late, the cat will run away and jump back onto the roof. To determine the right moment to use the Strobulb, look for when Polterkitty raises its paws. This is your cue to use the Strobulb and then vacuum up its tail with the Poltergust G-00.
After defeating Polterkitty in this way, it will run to the main room on the right and hide on the top of the rafters. To knock it off the rafters, you will need to go up there with Luigi. Once you do this, the cat will phase through the ground and go to the seventh floor. At this point, you will need to continue the battle with Polterkitty to defeat it and reclaim the elevator button.
Use dark Light
Use the elevator to go to the seventh floor, then use the Dark-Light Device to follow Polterkitty’s trail of footprints to continue the fight in Luigi’s Mansion 3. The cat’s footprints can be found everywhere throughout the Blooming Suite, and you can engage the cat by pressing the X button in front of the large wardrobe.
To defeat Polterkitty in its true form, you will need to follow the same process as before: turn around, stand still, and use the Strobulb when the cat’s paws are raised. Once you stun the cat with the Strobulb, use the Poltergust G-00 to vacuum up its tail and continue the battle until you have defeated Polterkitty and reclaimed the elevator button.
Polterkitty boss will run away to different locations as you deal damage to it. After dealing enough damage, the cat will run away to the connecting bathroom on the seventh floor. To continue the battle, you will need to head into the bathroom and blow all of the leaves to reveal the cat.
Next, the cat will run away to the bathroom on the eighth floor, which can be found by heading up the stairs with the big watermelons. In this bathroom, you will find the cat hiding in the bathtub. To reveal it, you can blow air on the faucet to fill the tub up. Once the cat is revealed, you can use the Strobulb to stun it and then vacuum up its tail with the Poltergust G-00 to continue the battle.
Following these steps should help you defeat Luigi’s Mansion 3 Polterkitty boss and reclaim the elevator button.
Keep in mind
Keep in mind that Polterkitty has the ability to possess objects and use them as weapons, so be sure to stay on your guard and avoid its attacks. You should also be prepared for Polterkitty to summon smaller ghost cats to attack you.
If you are having trouble defeating Polterkitty, you may want to try using your Dark-Light Device to reveal its weak points or use the Suction Shot to break the objects it possesses. You can also try using your Charge Burst or Burst Stream vacuum modes to deal extra damage.
