In Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, there are plenty of mini bosses. Every boss spawns a couple of creatures as well. Gleeok is also a primary mini-boss that has 3 variants. Gleeok has 3 forms: Frost, Fire, and Thunder. Frost Gleeok is found across all snowy locations of Hyrule. It has a dangerous appearance as it has 3 heads and can freeze everyone with its different ice attacks.
Frost Gleeok boasts ice and snow powers and attacks. It can stun and freeze anyone that spawns in their locations. Lanayru and Tabantha Snowfields are the best locations to tussle against this ice boss. You get a couple of drops for beating Frost Gleeok. You can travel to the Tabantha Snowfields. The coordinates are 1834, 2994, 0231. Link needs more cold-resistant recipes along with Snowquil Armor set pieces, shield, sword, bow and arrows, and more gear items. Equip all fire elemental items to tackle Frost Gleeok’s ice attacks.
The boss will launch snowballs and projectiles. Use your arrows and fuse it with Keese items. This deals heavy damage to its head. Your goal is to target all 3 heads of Gleeok. Use a melee weapon and you can also unleash Zonai Rocket to launch the best attacks on its heads. The boss’ primary attack is Ice Beam which unleashes laser attacks. It will unleash ice and frost attacks, you can counter them using a fire element. It also unleashes snowflakes that breathe snow projectiles. You can dodge or run towards the other end. These projectiles can dampen your progress as link will start losing hp.
Gleeok will then unleash snowballs and you have to start running and sprinting. The giant snowballs will roll over the ground and link has to promptly react to avoid these attacks. A quick dodge will also be a better option as well. You can also use Zonai devices along with arrows. This can work better when you focus on all three heads. Keep going with strategy and slowly the battle moves to the next phase.
Gleeok will continue with same attacks. You have to focus on more headshots. Unleash waves of arrows and fuse fire elemental attacks as well. Drain its hp and energy as this can make it more vulnerable. Focus on destroying its heads. The boss will unleash 2 more attacks in the final stage. Gleeok will launch a snow storm from both air and ground. It will start to fly and create a snow storm and there will be some drops of ice rain as well. You have to avoid the drops and land on other zones. It will also unleash a snow wind that blows link towards the snow storm rains. Dodge its attacks and link can also use the recall skills and counterattack using arrows.
Arrows work well against Frost Gleeok. Keep attacking and also eat cold recipes. This will ensure you remain intact throughout the battle. Keep dodging its ice attacks and stun the boss with fused weapons. You have to attack simultaneously on its 3 heads as this can shock and stun Frost Gleeok. It will also lose focus for a while.

Focusing on one head makes gleeok more aggressive and it also never allows Link to gain an advantage. Launch attacks and unleash volley of arrows on its all heads. Keep attacking until the frost gleeok falls on the ground. This will help you complete the battle quickly. Frost Gleeok drops some useful items as rewards like Gleeok Guts, Gleeok Wings, and Frost Horns.
