The Yunobo Tears Kingdom boss fight is very tiring because you will have to face two strong bosses. To reach the Fire Temple, you will have to beat them.

Before embarking on your journey to Death Mountain, it’s important to visit Goron City or Yunobo HQ’s shop to acquire a set (or more) of the Flamebreaker gear. For the best chances of survival, we highly recommend purchasing the Flamebreaker Armor, which is the most cost-effective option. Discovering Yunobo Tears Kingdom Location

Go to the Goron City, make a stop at the Armor Shop, and equip yourself with heat-resistant armor. The Flamebreaker set is available for purchase, and the Flamebreaker Armor, priced at 700 Rupees, is the most affordable piece. If you possess 10 pieces of armor, consider selling them to Ramella for a profit. Otherwise, sell off items at the General Store or Armor Shop to accumulate enough Rupees.

Additionally, take the time to prepare fire-resistant meals using ingredients like Chillfin Trout or Chillshrooms. Fireproof Lizards are also valuable for crafting fire-resistant elixirs. Hunting these creatures is recommended. Once adequately prepared, it’s time to head towards YunoboCo HQ and commence the Yunobo Tears Kingdom quest in Goron City.

Armed with your flame-resistant equipment and a stockpile of meals, set out from Goron City, following the northeast trail. Along the way, you’ll encounter a goddess statue. If you possess any Light of Blessings, take a moment to interact with it. Continue up the winding path until you reach the Marakuguc Shrine. Activate it by climbing to its peak (and complete it if desired).

Descend back down and rejoin the path, engaging in conversations with the individuals near the mine carts, including Dugby, who offers a side quest. Dugby’s cart is damaged, and he seeks help in locating the city of Gorondia.

Sides Quest

After a brief conversation, the side quest “The Ancient City of Gorondia” will be unlocked. To repair the mine cart, attach a fan and place it back on the tracks. Then, invite Dugby to sit in the cart and join him for a ride to YunoboCo HQ. By completing this side mission, you’ll receive a Zonai Charge and arrive precisely where you need to be. Once you disembark from the cart, you can head left to the shop (in case you still need flame-resistant equipment) or enter the cave on the right, guarded by Offrak and Slergo.

With the necessary equipment at your disposal, descend into the cave’s slope. A cutscene will initiate, and you’ll soon find yourself facing Clearly Not Himself Yunobo in a challenging encounter.

How to Beat Yunobo Tears Kingdom

Yunobo Tears Kingdom boss fight is quite difficult. He has a powerful charging attack that can be difficult to overcome. To defeat him, you must first understand his attack patterns and weaknesses. When Yunobo starts rolling into a ball and charging up, there are two indicators to anticipate his release.

You can either feel the rumble if your controller is equipped with this feature or watch for the emergence of smoke just before he unleashes his charge. Utilize the lock-on feature by pressing ZL and swiftly dodge using the directional buttons to evade his attack. By doing so, Yunobo Tears Kingdom will collide with the cave walls, leaving himself vulnerable to your counterattacks.

The Three Stages of Battle – Repetition is Key

To defeat Yunobo, you must repeat a specific pattern three times. Each time he is stunned, seize the opportunity to inflict damage and reduce a third of his health. Maintain your focus and precision to execute the dodges successfully and unleash devastating blows upon him. With each successful strike, Yunobo’s health bar diminishes, inching closer to victory.

Once you have successfully depleted Yunobo’s health, he undergoes a transformation, becoming more cooperative and eager to assist in finding Zelda. Before embarking on this quest, you must first escape the cave. This is where Yunobo’s Power of Fire comes into play. By calling him over and directing his charge, you can break through obstacles such as rocks obstructing the cave entrance. Make use of Yunobo’s unique ability and lead your party to safety.

With Yunobo Tears Kingdom as your companion, make your way back to where you encountered Dugy. Utilize the mine carts and tracks to navigate towards Death Mountain. Head down the slope, and a new set of tracks and mine carts will come into view. As you approach this area, Yunobo will automatically begin spinning, ready to smash through any obstacles in your path.

Hardest Bosses in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom – All Bosses Ranked

Assisting Mota and The Abandoned Laborer Side Quest

Explore the Death Mountain West Tunnel and locate a broken track with a stranded worker named Mota. Engage in conversation with Mota to initiate The Abandoned Laborer side quest. To help Mota escape the cave, position the cart toward the cave exit and instruct him to hop in. Utilize Yunobo’s charge to launch Mota across the pit of lava and broken tracks. Then, turn back and use Yunobo’s strength to break through the rocks, progressing further into the cave.

Within the cave, you’ll discover a chest containing a Cobble Crusher (9), which will prove useful in your journey. Additionally, be on the lookout for a Bubbulfrog located off to the left. Once you’ve collected the chest, exit the cave, and don’t forget to speak to Mota on your way out to receive your Large Zonai Charge. Proceed to the left and construct another mine cart powered by a nearby fan, initiating your ascent toward Death Mountain.

Confronting Obstacles and Enemies

As the cart begins its ascent, Yunobo Tears Kingdom will spin into action, ready to tackle any obstacles in your path. Along the way, you’ll encounter rocks blocking the tracks and enemies that require your attention. Utilize Yunobo’s charge to clear the path, eliminating enemies and collecting their dropped items. Should you need to rest and recharge, a platform with Bokoblins, a barricade, and rocks to destroy provides a convenient stop.

Continue riding the cart until you reach the pinnacle of Death Mountain. At this point, Yunobo will recognize the surroundings, leading to a crucial cutscene where he reveals valuable information about Zelda’s whereabouts. Pay close attention as a mysterious voice communicates with Yunobo, unveiling deeper mysteries.

Emerging from the depths of Death Mountain, the imposing figure of Moragia will emerge. Prepare for an epic battle as you take to the skies and confront this boss.

How to Beat Moragia

Moragia
Moragia

Moragia presents a challenge with its three rock heads. To defeat it, you’ll need to target these heads by using Yunobo’s charge. Take note of the wing with fans strapped to it, as well as the mechanism to control it. Utilize the Ultrahand to move the wing, and position yourself on the edge of the platform for an advantageous launch.

While you’ll face the monster from the opposite direction, this strategy allows you to gain momentum, ascend, and position yourself correctly. Remember to pull back on the left stick to angle the flying machine up and spin it to face Moragia.

Unleash Yunobo’s Charge

Fly towards each of Moragia’s rock faces, and with the help of Yunobo’s charge, attack and destroy them. You’ll only need to hit each rock face once to take down Moragia. During the battle, the boss may spit lava rocks at you, but with careful maneuvering, these projectiles can be fairly easy to dodge.

Inside the Death Mountain Chasm

Once the intense boss battle with Moragia concludes, it’s time to go to the Death Mountain Chasm. As you descend deeper, darkness envelops your surroundings. If needed, deploy your Paraglider to slow your descent and avoid colliding with rocks.

Upon reaching the bottom, head to the west side of the landing spot to activate the Mustis Lightroot. The improved lighting will aid your navigation. Speak to Yunobo, and the mysterious voice will reappear, guiding both of you in the westward direction. Keep an eye out for a statue visible from the Mustis Lightroot. To clear the path, have Yunobo smash the rocks to the left of the statue.

Discovering the Lava Waterfalls

Make your way towards the lava waterfalls, with Yunobo Tears Kingdom clearing the path by smashing rocks along the way. You’ll uncover a makeshift cart and shelves filled with useful equipment that you can repair. Additionally, there are Poe to collect on the left side.

Just north of this location, you’ll find a Device Dispenser where you can drop Zonai Charges and receive various items such as a Big Wheel, Steering Stick, Battery, and more. Northwest of the Device Dispenser lies another statue, and beyond it, another rock can be broken, allowing you to climb up the slope alongside the lava waterfalls.

Upon reaching the top, you’ll encounter a statue facing south. Instead, head left and venture southward. On this path, you’ll come across Bokoblin and Moblin mining ore. Eliminate them and collect some Zonaite by mining the ore. As you continue upward and westward, have Yunobo smash through the rocks at the summit to reveal a bridge overhead.

Move underneath the bridge and enter another room populated by Bokoblin and Fire ChuChu. In the distance, you’ll spot another lava waterfall. To further illuminate the area, head toward the Misisi Lightroot situated to the right (north). Beware of the patrolling Bokoblin, or you can engage in a thrilling game of bowling with Yunobo, using the Bokoblins as pins.

Southwest section

From the lightroot, return to the room’s entrance. In the southwest section, you may find a few remaining Bokoblin mining ore. As you exit this area, you’ll notice the first lava waterfall you saw when entering this section, seemingly cascading onto the rocks and ore being mined by the Bokoblins.

This area holds significance, as it conceals mine carts and a track. The exact coordinates are: 1792, 2616, -0844. Utilize the Ultrahand to create another cart for riding. Use this cart to approach the temple in the distance. Before reaching the end of the tracks, you’ll need to break through a barrier of rocks using Yunobo. Be mindful of this obstacle. Once you exit the cart, ascend the torch-lined stairs to the north. Continue following the path until you encounter the final boulder obstructing your way to The Fire Temple.
