Make your way to Karakura Town and meet Aizen, a random NPC. Receive a quest and the quest is all about defeating and killing the Soul Reaper. After doing this, you will become a Hollow. As a Hollow, you have to complete various quests and earn more XP. You also need to increase your in-game levels.
You can kill random enemies and eat their body parts to accumulate more XP. Reach level 5 as a Hollow and obtain 625 XP to become a Menos. Now you are all set to evolve as Menos.
