You have to complete these as a part of campaign stories to progress further. Also, completing side-quests gets you more experience and you can level up faster in the game. Every act has plenty of side-quests in different locations. Side-quests include tasks like finding NPCs, solving puzzles and more.
Blood and Sweat is one of many side-quests in the Dry Steppes region. This quest is located in Jirandai. You can play this quest at level 20. The major objectives for this challenge are to find Little Tuya and a Doll. Completing this mission gets you XP and a couple of exclusive rewards as well. Blood and Sweat quest can be unlocked in The Ruins of Qara-Yisu Strongholds. Once you unlock this Stronghold, you can get access to this side-quest. This quest doesn’t require unlocking any dungeon. And, you can start from level 49 to complete the quest without much issues.
Your first location is Qara-Yisu in Dry Steppes. Travel to the southeast of Qara-Yisu and find a Bloodstained Letter. Interact with the letter and discover more about the quests. The quest also reveals more objectives and locations. Defeat mobs that spawn your way.
Your next location is west from previous ones. You can find it on the map with a blue colored circle as well. Clear the next set of enemies and you will arrive in a location where there will be three different paths. You can proceed towards the middle path.
Now, you can spot the Disturbed Stone on your way. It will be placed on rocks and have an interaction with the stone to know the next set of tasks. Next, you can walk on the wooden ramp. Take the Crude doll that you collect from the Stone. You have to spend some gold as well.
You will inch closer to the final location. Find the Alzuuda waypoint on your map and travel to the location where Little Tuya spawns. Speak to the kid and she will also explain everything about the Bloodstained Letter and she will also reveal more about her father. Hand over the Crude doll to her and complete the quest as well. That’s how you can complete the Blood and Sweat quest. Your objective is to find Little Tuya and give the Crude doll. You have to unlock the Ruins of Qara-Yisu Stronghold that’s located in the south-central section of The Accursed Wastes sub-region.
