Completing the Wyrm Food quest and collecting valuable loot, all this is possible once you find WoW Dragonflight Voraxion.
In World of Warcraft: Dragonflight, an immersive MMORPG, one of the main objectives is to explore new territories and complete challenging quests. These quests not only reward players with valuable experience points (XP) but also offer the opportunity to acquire powerful gear, allowing them to tackle even more formidable missions.
The interesting storytelling in World of Warcraft’s expansions revolves primarily around questing, and Dragonflight is no exception. Weekly quests, in particular, play a vital role in guiding players toward the endgame. Some of these weekly quests require players to locate a significant character named Voraxian. If you’re unfamiliar with WoW Dragonflight Voraxian, finding him can prove to be a bit challenging.
Finding WoW Dragonflight Voraxian
To locate WoW Dragonflight Voraxian, you’ll need to make your way to the Obsidian Citadel situated at The Waking Shores. Found west of the Obsidian Bulwark, this formidable non-playable character (NPC) resides within the courtyard of the Obsidian Citadel. Refer to the map below for the precise location of Voraxian.
But why exactly should you seek out this NPC? In World of Warcraft, every quest has an origin point and an endpoint. The endpoint is typically an NPC situated in various regions of the game world. In the case of weekly quests, visiting Voraxian becomes necessary either to complete the quest or to progress further within it.
Given his imposing stature, locating Voraxian can be a tad tricky. Generally, he can be found standing beside Sabellian, an enormous dragon, within the Obsidian Citadel. To be more precise, you can find him at the following coordinates: 27.6, 56.6.
WoW Dragonflight Quest by Voraxian
As of now, Voraxian offers only one quest known as “Wyrm Food,” which is a weekly quest. During this quest, your objective is to find and collect Lava-Charred Flesh from Crust Lurkers inhabiting the Emberflow area. This particular quest was introduced in the World of Warcraft 10.0.2 update and remains an active part of the game.
Completing the Wyrm Food Quest
To successfully complete the Wyrm Food quest, you must venture into the Emberflow area, known for its fiery lava fields. Within this region, you will encounter Crust Lurkers, colossal worms that randomly spawn. Defeat these formidable creatures and gather the meat they drop. You will need to collect 12 stacks of this meat before returning to Voraxian to complete the quest.
As a reward for completing the Wyrm Food quest, you will receive 9,500 XP, 2,500 reputation points with Sabellian, and 150 reputation points with the Valdrakken Accord. Additionally, you may also obtain randomized loot, including Dragon Isle Supplies, Cobalt Watcher’s Vestments, Cobalt Watcher’s Sandals, and a stack of Primal Chaos.
Out of these four drops, Primal Chaos holds the highest value, serving as a reagent required for crafting high-tier gear in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight. Acquiring high-tier gear is crucial for engaging in end-game content and ultimately achieving success.
By following these steps and completing the Wyrm Food quest offered by WoW Dragonflight Voraxian, you will not only gain substantial rewards but also progress further in your World of Warcraft: Dragonflight journey.
