As of now, Cedar Bark is obtained only by cutting trees. You have to look for wood locations on your map. The best spot is Redwood forest. Here, you have to find the Redwood outpost. Once you get there, you have to use an Axe and start cutting down trees. You will get Cedar Bark items as drops from the trees.
Always cut down large trees as there will be more chances to get the item quickly. Small trees don’t drop anything other than wood pieces. You can use an Axe and start chopping large trees. You can pick everything that you require there. The trees also spawn immediately and this makes sure you can collect unlimited materials and progress faster in the game.
The large trees will also respawn quickly and you can wait there patiently to get your required items and crafting materials as well.
