Flex your Royal look by mounting on an elegant giant horse with a high HP in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The Giant horses in Zelda’s Tears of the Kingdom offer outstanding stats which makes them worth hunting for. The Giant Horse, also known as Ganon’s Horse, is indeed a special kind of horse.
Many of the extraordinary Giant horses that Link can ride are only found in specific Hyrulean areas.. It’s a massive animal, with a jet-black coat and bright orange mane. the Giant Horses in the Legend of Zelda; Tears of the Kingdom the largest horse in the game, standing at over 18 hands tall. The Giant Horse is a wild horse, and it is very difficult to tame. It will take a lot of stamina and patience to tame the Giant Horse. Once you have tamed the Giant Horse, you can ride it anywhere in the game. The Giant Horse can move through treacherous terrain and get to locations that are otherwise unreachable because it is an extremely powerful horse.
Some of the unique like Zelda’s golden horse in the game and giant horses will only come with two stats. They each have five stars in strength and two stars in speed but do not offer any stamina or speed to be useful enough. The giant Horses’ Gannon and The White stallion may not be good for speed or pulling vehicles, but their high HP makes them worth finding it.
So if you are also eyeing to get the Giant Ganon’s Horse or Giant White Stallion in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Ganon’s giant Horse is easily spotted running among other horses, but reaching the far end of the map where they are located might require some effort if you haven’t unlocked the South Eastern part yet.
Ganon’s horse can be found near Hateno Bay. It’s the best place to paraglide down from and go to the lab in Hateno village in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Upon reaching the lab paraglide to the southeast, Ganon’s Horse roams on a Peninsula sticking out from the mainland.
You can start mounting on one of the Ganon’s Giant Horses by paragliding down. This way Link won’t have to attempt to sneak up on it and then land on it as it will become furious and try to throw you off.
You can tame some temperamental wild horses with additional stamina bars, but taming the Giant Horses will require at least 3 complete stamina bars. If your stamina falls below this range, it will continuously throw you off, making you unable to tame them. After successfully taming it, you can take the horse to the nearest stable in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom to register it.
Giant houses will not be able to equip any other Saddles and bridles other than what they are designated to. This means you require the exact size of the Giant Horse to equip its Saddles. You will not be able to customize it according to your requirement other than by naming them.
The Giant White Stallion is the only other Giant horse that is available in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Compared to Ganon, they’re easier to find, hidden in a canyon and standing apart. Despite its rapid pace, the horse has weak stamina and a short temper. Mastering the White Stallion may take time, but its strength and speed make the effort worthwhile.
The Giant White Stallion can be found near the Horse God bridge, west of Ganon’s Giant HorseCross the bridge to the isolated Canyon area where two Travellers and their horses await. They will tell you that the Giant White stallion is in the Canyon along the path.
Some players may recognize this area from Zelda’s Breath of the Wild with reference to Malanya, the Horse God. Link can tame the horse, but he’ll need the same stamina as Ganon’s Horse. If Link lacks enough stamina vessels in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, he can cook stamina-boosting recipes to reach that level.
Other than that the process is exactly the same as above. You can approach it by landing from the sky or sneaking up with crouching, stealth armor, and Elixirs. Descend until it stops trying to throw you off, then gain control.
Once it’s calmed down and been tamed, you can take it to a nearby Stable to name and register it. Remember that there is a limit to how many horses you can register. The total number of horses that you can have in a stable is 8. If Link has any more horses than this limited number he will have to get rid of one of these horses to register the giant horses.
Giant horses, despite their slower speed and limited stamina, are strong overall due to their high HP. They make a good choice for traversing challenging terrain on horseback.
