In order to get a potting table with large pots in Hogwarts Legacy, you will have to get to the Tomee and Scrolls shop in Hogsmeade. You can access this after completing the prologue and the first mission in the wizardry game’s storyline which is named ” Welcome to Hogwarts”.

The Tomes and Scrolls shop are on the left of the Hogsmeade entrance. You will find a scroll icon on the map. To get a large pot you will have to head inside the store, talk to the vendor, and buy the necessary blueprint for the potting table that comes in two sizes.

  • A potting table with only one large pot, which costs 1,000 credits
  • A potting table with two large pots, which costs 3,000 credits

Large pot blueprints indeed come with a huge cost. You will need plenty of credits that are Galleons in Hogwarts Legacy. Thus make sure you collect as many of these as possible to get the potting table for the Room of Requirements. Thankfully, there are many easy ways to stack up as many Galleons as possible doing these small tasks.

From main story missions to optional character quests and hidden chests across the magical world of Hogwarts you will be rewarded with some Galleojs upon completing any of these. You can also get rid of unwanted items from your inventory and earn credits by selling them. As you stock up on your credits you can use them to buy new items and even unlock resources.

After getting the putting table blueprint head to the Room of Requirements and craft potting table with large pots to use for growing herbs. To craft anything in the Room of Requirements you will need Moonstones. The potting table with one large pot requires 10 moonstones to craft and for two large pots, you will require 30 Moonstones to craft two of these.

Note that you should have at least 30 Moonstones before you plan to get your hands on plotting tables. Once the plotting tables are crafted you can proceed further to grow your own herbs and use them in your combat in Hogwarts Legacy.
