The epic fun battle royale digital olympics styled game, where you play with 60 players in a knockout battle, called Fall Guys is now free on Epic Games. It is a digital version of the Japanese show Takeshi’s Castle. Fall Guys which used to be a paid game is now totally free boosting its active player base by a lot.
Fall Guys free for all is a fun-packed game that you and your friends can’t get enough. It is competitive and thrilling, and character customization is a lot of fun too. It looks so colorful and the clay or dough texture is insane.
Types of Cosmetics in Fall Guys
Fall Guys skins or cosmetics have a lot of customization options. It is necessary to customize as sometimes when all the players are stacked together it becomes difficult to identify which is your avatar.
- Colour – a palette of multiple colors
- Pattern – bare skin multi-tone pattern
- Face – That can be a helmet or glasses or any similar accessory
- Upper – A unique upper body suit
- Lower – A unique pant or accessory for the lower part
- Full Bundle – They can be earned from the battle pass or special events
- Emotes – These are a few theatrics for post or pre-game trolling
How to get New Cosmetics
Basically, there are two ways to earn new Fall guys skins and cosmetics. Through the battle pass every season or in the form of unlockable rewards and through the in-game shop. There are two types of in-game currency: Kudos and Crowns. Kudos can be bought using real-world currency from Steam or Playstation store but Crowns can only be earned from winning the game.
As you earn the battles pass points you can unlock rewards in the form of skins or other cosmetics. You also earn Kudos as well from the Fame progression. So you can use the Kudos you earned from battle pass clubbed with real-world currency if you are short a few bucks for your favorite Fall Guys Skin.
Crown items are usually Epic and above rarity. Crown items are the ultimate showoff of talent and skill. There is also a special DLC store for people who have the DLCs. But you can only use real-world money in that.
Getting Crowns is tough, as it’s a high-skill battle. Playing fall guys looks like a goofy game but winning it is a serious business. A lot of featured items are worth Crowns, featured items refresh every 72 hrs while regular items refresh every 24hrs. So, be sure to earn or buy enough Kudos to buy your personal favorite skin when it comes live in the store.
