How to get WoW Dragonflight Unstable Elemental Confluence
There are several locations around Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms where the Tempest Unleashed event takes place, so you’ll have to take part in it to get this particular heirloom trinket. When these mobs spawn on the map, fight them together with other players in Un’Goro Crater, the Badlands, and the Barrens.
There will often be a boss spawning that drops some decent gear, along with Primeval Essence. Khadgar has also returned. Once you complete his quest and join the elements, you’ll be able to retrieve this special trinket. You’ll collect more of the Primeval Essence by doing his daily quest to collect a resource for him.
Players must collect four items to acquire the heirloom trinket: Dimmed Primeval Storm, Dimmed Primeval Earth, Dimmed Primeval Water, and Dimmed Primeval Fire. Dropped by Elemental Lords, players can combine these four items into the heirloom trinket. Since the drops are not guaranteed, players may need to defeat the Elemental Lords more than time.
