Steps to Get the Wind Shard in Final Fantasy 16
The Dominant of Garuda is located in the Kingdom of Waloed. You have to unlock the Awakening quest and defeat the Warden of Wind, Garuda. Clive has to defeat her in two phases. One Clive plays as human form and in the next phase, he will transform as dangerous beast, Ifrit.
Dominant of Garuda has powerful wind attacks and you just have to dodge most of her attacks. You can also use fire damage and skills to counter her. Once Ifrit spawns, the battle will be easier. Defeat her and unlock the Wind Shard. Do remember that you can’t challenge Garuda again in the Arete Stone for the reward once again as it’s just a one-time reward.
Uses of Wind Shard in Final Fantasy 16
Wind Shard, the crafting resource can be used to get the Stormcry weapon. You can get to Cid’s Hideaway and interact with the Blacksmith after equipping the item. Then you can craft the Stormcry weapon easily. This amazing weapon also has 135 stats for damage, strength, and stagger. Wield this spear kind of sword and you can dominate monsters. The weapon’s stats will also exponentially increase as you progress faster in the game. Level up faster and unlock more weapons and armor sets in the game.
