Cave Puzzles are one among many challenges in the game. You need to complete cave puzzles for progressing in chapter 4 and getting the key to the church. There are a couple of cave puzzles that are available in different locations on the map. Large Cave and Small Cave shrines have a puzzle. The key to the church will be available inside the caves and you have to crack the puzzle to get them.
The small cave shrine is near the lake and the large cave shrine is located closer to the Mural Cave in Boat House. Apostate Head and Blasphemer’s heads will be unlocked after completing these cave puzzles and you can use them to get the key to the church insignia. Completing the cave puzzles in Resident Evil 4 Remake requires a lot of time and effort. Without completing these cave puzzles, you can not progress through chapter 4 of the game. The cave puzzle is all about visiting the two cave shrines and look for symbols to unlock the door. Here’s the guide,
Go to the small cave shrine zone on the lake. Find out symbols in and around the cave to solve the puzzle. The symbols include a snake and a triangle on them. Look for yellow color marks on the walls. You can take the ladder and find one on the wall. The others will be behind the doors. Once you get all symbols, you can press the button in any random order. Once the cage door opens, collect the key and Blasphemer’s head. Now you can complete the large cave puzzle to complete the entire cave puzzle.
Make your way to the mural cave zone. Look for three yellow symbols in and around the caves. Defeat the enemies that spawn inside the cave. After spotting it, you can tap on the buttons in the right order to open the cage. Now find the second head and place it inside the miral cave to complete both cave puzzles and unlock the key to the church insignia. Use weapons and grenades to defeat enemies that you find inside caves. Solving the puzzle can be a tricky task and you need to find symbols and match them in the right order to find the heads in the following room.
