Wild Hearts has many good options of weapons to choose from for players. All the weapons in the game have a complex mechanism but when mastered, no one can stop you from winning the battles. With these weapons you will be spending time figuring out its mechanism and how they can contribute to dismantling Kemono the mythical beasts that call the region near Minato their home.
Four other weapons, including a large hammer and a deadly umbrella, will be given to you at the beginning in addition to the already offered Katana. These are not all of the weapons you will get, there are either wild weapons for you too in the store but has to be unlocked first. This process would require you to spend long hours in the game. You can go to the training dummy at your starter camp or in Minato and enable attack tutorials to learn about all the weapons more practically.
Here is a list of all weapons in Wild Heart. Note that out of these eight weapons you will be equipped with the first five weapons at the start of the game and the remaining three weapons you will have to acquire using the given method.
All Weapons in Wild Hearts
These are all the weapons in Wild Hearts that are already made available to you at the start of the game and the others have to be unlocked. Keep reading to find out how.

Apart from the five weapons you get at the start of the game, the three weapons that are available to unlock through progress in Wild Hearts are Hand Cannon, Claw Blade, and Karakuri Staff.
- The Hand Cannon is a standard point-and-shoot gun and is similar to the bow guns from Monster Hunter.
- The Claw Blade is a fast-attacking aerial weapon that lets you hold enemies with a rope. It is the highest mobility weapon in the game.
- The Karukuri Staff is one of the toughest weapons to play with that you will come across. It has the ability to transform into different forms. You can transform this weapon amidst your battle and each transformation has a unique combination of weapons to offer.
How to Unlock All Weapons in Wild Hearts?
To get these weapons, you have to complete the first chapter of Wild Hearts which involves a few missions. Follow these steps to unlock the weapons.
- Go to the hunter village of Minato after your first few tutorial hunts.
- Go to Natsukodachi Island to activate the dragon pit.
- Go back to the town to fight the Earthbreaker Kemono
- After you defeat Kemono speak to Toga-Himr-Minato’s steward and visit the forge.
- Speak to Natsume about crafting the three remaining weapons for acquiring gold and a core stone.
This is all you need to do to unlock all weapons in Wild Hearts. Remember each of these weapons may require you to spend more time in the game and could be time-consuming but it’s worth it given the abilities of these weapons. So spending time is totally worth it.
