Predicted Everton XI to face Liverpool in the Premier League
Everton will be looking to continue their stunning start to the Premier League season when Liverpool make the trip to Goodison Park for a Merseyside derby showdown on Saturday afternoon.
The Toffees are winless in their last 19 top-flight meetings against Liverpool but Carlo Ancelotti’s side will be keen to turn the tables this weekend after winning all of their four opening league fixtures before the international break
Reigning champions Liverpool, though, will go into the clash as the favourites to come away with all three points and it will be interesting to see how Jurgen Klopp’s side respond after a humiliating 7-2 hammering at the hands of Aston Villa.

Jean-Philippe Gbamin (calf), Mason Holgate (ankle), Jonjoe Kenny (ankle), Jarrad Branthwaite (ankle), and Cenk Tosun (knee) are all ruled out for the high-octane clash on Saturday. Seamus Coleman, Yerry Mina, and Allan will be pushing for a return to the starting eleven after recovering from minor issues.

Lucas Digne (LB)
The ex-Barcelona star is very much among the Premier League’s elite left-backs. His personal duel with Mo Salah could well decide the fate of the game.
Allan (CDM)
The Brazilian has provided some much-needed stability and calmness to Everton’s midfield. He should replace Tom Davies on the teamsheet from the previous game.
Abdoulaye Doucoure (RCM)
He has added a lot of energy and dynamism to Everton’s midfield and a lot will depend on how he goes about things on Saturday.
Andre Gomes (LCM)
The Portuguese international has looked really fit and sharp in the opening stages of the campaign. He will be expected to rise up to the challenge once again.
James Rodriguez (RW)
The former Real Madrid star has had a transformative impact on the quality of Everton’s supply lines in the final third. He will surely be a key player for Ancelotti’s men this weekend.
