Leicester City play host to Chelsea at the King Power Stadium in the final round of the Premier League on Sunday.
The Foxes have been brilliant since the appointment of Brendan Rodgers in late February. Rodgers’ side lost 1-0 at leaders Manchester City last time out and they’ll be eager to bounce back at home and round off the campaign with a victory.
