Kelli Giddish started her acting journey on the popular soap opera All My Children from 2005 to 2007. After leaving the show, she explored different roles in movies and web series. She appeared in the thrilling film Death in Love and played Courtney in the web series The Burg. Giddish also starred in All’s Faire, another web series created by the same team.

In 2009, Giddish landed a role in the Fox drama pilot Past Life alongside Nicholas Bishop and Ravi Patel. The show revolved around past-life investigators, and Giddish portrayed a psychology Ph.D. who believed in reincarnation. Although the series premiered in 2010, it was unfortunately canceled after a few episodes.

Following that, Giddish took on the lead role of U.S. Marshal Annie Frost in the police procedural drama Chase, which premiered in 2010. While her performance received praise, the show was pulled from the airwaves in early 2011. However, NBC later aired five new episodes of Chase in April 2011.
