Nia Jax is one of the popular stars in WWE Universe but is she married?
Savelina Fanene, aka Nia Jax, is an Australian-born American wrestler. She performs in the Raw brand of WWE under the name Nia Jax. She is the cousin of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
On May 29, 1984, Nia was born in Sydney, Australia, and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. Fanene played basketball in her earlier days and also has a marketing degree to her name.
Fanene was signed by WWE in their developmental territory NXT at the performance center in Orlando. She made her NXT debut on May 7, 2015, where she defeated Bayley and Carmella in a tag-team match with Devin Taylor by her side.
Jax is a plus-size model and made her professional wrestling debut on NXT under the ring name “Zada.”
Nia was drafted to the Raw brand from NXT in 2016. She started her Raw journey with a string of victories against some of the big names.
Jax won the WWE Raw Women’s Champion against Alexa Bliss at WrestleMania 34. It was a comeback victory for her as she was down and out with all the body-shaming. This title was her first championship title.
She teamed up with Baszler and became a two-time Women’s Tag Team Champion. Jax is also the first person to compete in both men’s and woman’s Royal Rumble.
Nia won this WWE Tag Team title after coming back from an ACL injury. She also went on to win a Battle Royale at Evolution, the first woman pay-per-view, and got a shot at the title against Ronda Rousey.
She is one of the most important parts of the women’s division and, as she is also related to Roman Reigns and Usos, has the same finishing maneuver of Flying Samoan Drop.
Is Nia Jax Married?
There are certain rumors that Nia is married, but all these speculations are false as she is not married.
Though she has dated previously and was in a relationship with NXT Star Joseph Woods from 2014 to 2016, she has been single and occupied with personal developments.
It will be sometime before she gets in a relationship again, as Nia is quite happy playing her part in the WWE Universe and making a name for herself.
