The Los Angeles Lakers are now 2-8 following another loss to the Utah Jazz and Anthony Davis is very frustrated by it.
The Los Angeles Lakers suffered their eighth loss of the season after they lost to the Utah Jazz for the second time this season in a blowout manner. LeBron James didn’t play in this game and his impact was missed by the Lakers.
Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook had great performances against the Jazz but in the end, their defense wasn’t able to stop the Jazz offense, as Utah continues to surprise everyone this season after trading Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell. Anthony Davis is very upset by the 2-8 start of the Lakers to this season and showed his frustration after the game.
After the loss to the Utah Jazz, Anthony Davis said, “Honestly, it sucks. We don’t want to be 2 and 8 at all. We had guys out. Pat and Lonnie didn’t play, Bron, and Dennis Schroder is yet to play. It sucks for sure. 2 and 8 is a hard pill for me to swallow.”
The Lakers will face the Los Angeles Clippers next and that will be a very tough game for them to come out with anything positive. The Lakers need to make some moves or else this season will be a disaster because this roster is poorly constructed.
