Williams’ collegiate career began at Ohio State. He caught six passes for 112 yards and a touchdown as a freshman. He started six games as a sophomore and had nine receptions for 154 yards and two touchdowns. In the 2021 Sugar Bowl, Williams scored on a 45-yard reception against Clemson.
