Predicted Leicester City XI to face Manchester City in the Premier League
Leicester City upset the odds and put up a wonderful performance last week to claim all three points with a 1-0 victory over Chelsea and the Foxes will be up against it once again when they play host to Manchester City on Wednesday.
Claude Puel’s men climbed up to 9th in the Premier League standings with that surprise win and the Foxes will need to pull the rabbit out of the hat once again to keep the Citizens at bay.
Manchester City suffered a shock 3-2 defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace last week and Pep Guardiola’s men will be looking to get back to winning ways.

Claude Puel doesn’t have too many injuries to contend with for the mid-week game. Daniel Amartey continues to remain on the treatment table to nurse his injured ankle while Matthew James is a long-term absentee for the Foxes.

1. Kasper Schmeichel (GK)
The Danish veteran did not have too much to do against Chelsea but he has always been a reliable presence between the sticks.
2. Ricardo Pereira (RB)
The summer recruit has added defensive awareness to his good attacking play and is beginning to pay rich dividends for Puel.
3. Harry Maguire (CB)
The Englishman put in a solid shift a the back against Chelsea and he will have his work cut out once again when the Foxes face Manchester City.
4. Wes Morgan (CB)
The veteran has been a solid presence at the heart of the defence this season and he will need to be at the top of his game against the reigning champions.
5. Ben Chilwell (LB)
Solid at the back and lively on the attack, the youngster has been a standout performer for the Foxes this season.
6. Hamza Choudhury (RCM)
The youngster proved his worth with an impressive performance against Chelsea and Puel should hand him another start to allow him to grow in confidence.
7. Wilfried Ndidi (LCM)
The Nigerian had a good game last week and should be amongst the starters for this one as well.
8. Nampalys Mendy (CDM)
The Frenchman has blown hot and cold this season and Leicester can rely on him after an impressive display against Chelsea last week.
9. Marcus Albrighton (RW)
He impressed with his crossing and work-rate in the previous outing and should get another start.

10. James Maddison (LW)
The youngster has been one of the revelations of the season for the Foxes and did wonderfully well to set up Vardy’s goal in the last game.

He clinched all three points for the Foxes last week with a superb finish and Leicester need their talisman to fire on all cylinders once again.
