It is still a really entertaining anime with a ton of elements that hook you in. The plot is quite fast-moving but the face-offs tend to drag a little.

The majority of All-Star Battle’s most powerful fighters are found in A-Tier, but although significantly outshined by the small number of S-Tier contenders. You won’t go wrong with any of these JoJo characters because they all work extremely well and are extremely dependable.
B-Tier characters are close to greatness while still possessing strong move sets. Even if they do not always win, they should always be considered a threat.
Even if they face challenges against characters of higher ranks, a thorough player can build these characters into a threat. They are not recommended for newer players and even experienced players should practice using them.
