Rangers face a trip to Fir Park as Steven Gerrard’s men square up against Motherwell on Sunday in a Scottish Premiership fixture.
The Gers eased to a 3-0 victory over Hearts in midweek, thus putting behind their disappointing 2-1 loss in the Old Firm derby. Gerrard will look to build on that result at the weekend.
As far as Motherwell are concerned, they are eighth in the table and enter into this contest on the back of a 3-1 defeat to Aberdeen.
Alfredo Morelos remains suspended for getting sent off against Celtic. Borna Barisic missed the victory over Motherwell and is set to be sidelined for Sunday’s game as well.
The veteran is their first-choice keeper and should be in goal on Sunday.
A better performance in midweek compared to the horror show at Celtic. Tavernier will aim to build on from that performance.
Goldson has been a stellar presence at the back for Rangers and should retain his place in the team on Sunday.
Partnering Goldson will be Worrall, who will have to be at his best to keep the Motherwell attackers at bay.
With Barisic out injured, Flanagan is set to continue at left-back.
McCrorie has never let the team down this season whenever he’s given a chance to play. An industrious player, he will be given the nod ahead of Ryan Jack.
A highly-experienced player, Davis works his socks off and will look to help Rangers get all three points at the weekend.
Arfield put in an excellent display in a more advanced position for Rangers against Hearts and Gerrard is likely to deploy him in the similar position on Sunday as well.
Kent brings a lot of pace, flair and unpredictability to the Rangers attack. He is a certain starter at Motherwell.
Grezda hasn’t dazzled in his first season at Ibrox, largely due to his recurring injury problems. However, the Albanian is now fit and raring to make a mark. He could start on the right wing.
