JR Motorsports announced on December 16, 2025 that Arby’s will sponsor eight Xfinity Series races in 2026 across three drivers while also securing a personal services agreement with Dale Earnhardt Jr. The multi-year partnership expands beyond the racetrack into Dirty Mo Media, giving the fast food chain extensive marketing platforms within NASCAR.
Carson Kvapil’s No. 1 Chevrolet will carry Arby’s logos at four races, starting with Atlanta Motor Speedway on February 21. Kvapil will also run the Arby’s scheme at Rockingham Speedway, Texas Motor Speedway, and Chicagoland Speedway.
Sammy Smith gets three races with Arby’s on his No. 8 Chevrolet at Talladega, San Diego, and Charlotte ROVAL. Justin Allgaier will run Arby’s once at Darlington Raceway on his No. 7 Chevrolet, with Arby’s serving as a season-long associate sponsor on that car for all races.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. praised the partnership with Arby’s
Dale Earnhardt Jr. praised the partnership, saying, “Arby’s is very aggressive with their activation and we pride ourselves on being a tremendous asset when it comes to offering a variety of unique marketing platforms.” Arby’s Chief Marketing Officer Jeff Baker responded that the company wants to “connect with NASCAR fans in meaningful new ways both on and off the track.”
This marks Arby’s return to NASCAR sponsorship after not backing a race car since September 2008 at Kansas Speedway in the Nationwide Series.
The brand sponsored Rick Ware Racing in limited Cup Series races during 2024 before making this larger commitment to JRM. The deal shows how Earnhardt Jr.’s multiple business platforms attract major sponsors looking for broader activation opportunities beyond just race weekend exposure.
