The incident took place in February 2018, but the video was shared in November 2018 by TMZ. Kareem Hunt was hurt when the woman termed him as a Racist. Hunt got to know about her racial comments through his friends and assaulted the woman at a hotel. Viewers who watched the visual were stunned.

On the other hand, the woman retaliated against Kareem Hunt, but she was saved by others on the spot. As the incident goes, Kareem Hunt started attacking who came in defense of her. In the end, the brawl ended after more members came to the spot.
