Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano was one of the biggest boxing matches in recent history and here are the results, winners and highlights 

Madison Square Garden was host to one of the biggest boxing matches in the history of the sport.

Katie Taylor put up all of her titles on the line as she took on Amanda Serrano. This was the first time a women’s boxing match was the headline event at MSG.

There was a lot done to promote the fight with promoter extraordinaire Eddie Hearn taking up the lead. However, he was ably helped out by Jake Paul, the YouTuber-turned-boxer. Paul was on Serrano’s side and the fight was broadcast on DAZN.

There were several other fights but all eyeballs were on Taylor vs Serrano. Taylor put up her WBA, WBC, IBF, WBO and The Ring lightweight titles.

The Irish woman was undefeated in her pro boxing career but Serrano had more experience under her belt.

The fight was an instant classic across the 10 rounds. It was an incredible fight across the 10 rounds with both stars having landed some big hits.

However, in the end, it was Taylor who kept her titles and celebrated. However, there was a lot of respect between the two women stars as they created history at Madison Square Garden.
