Keelan Harvick won the Most Popular Driver award for the CARS Tour Pro Late Model series on November 17, 2025 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, marking the young teenager’s first such honor in any racing series.
The 13-year-old son of retired Cup Series champion Kevin Harvick beat out drivers like Connor Hall and Carson Loftin after fans voted daily on FloRacing between October 17 and November 5.

After accepting the trophy at the season ending awards banquet at the Speedway Club, Keelan delivered his heartfelt message. He was quoted as saying: “Being voted Most Popular Driver means a lot and is a huge honor for me. The fans are everything in racing, and this is their award to give, so it’s special that they took the time to vote for me.”
A rather humble response. CARS Tour Partnerships Director Karsyn Elledge noted, “The Most Popular Driver award is one of my favorite things to watch each year because of some of the crazy campaigns we’ve seen over the last few years.”
Performance Backed Keelan Harvick’s Growing Popularity
Keelan earned the fans’ respect by racking up four wins during the 2025 CARS Tour Pro Late Model season at tracks like Hickory and North Wilkesboro while maintaining consistent top finishes throughout the schedule. His debut win at Hickory came against his father Kevin, who co-owns the CARS Tour alongside Dale Earnhardt Jr. That finale triumph at North Wilkesboro sealed his momentum heading into the awards season.
The teenager transitioned from European karting podiums in 2022 to beating seasoned professionals in full bodied stock cars by 2025. Kevin teaches Keelan racecraft by reviewing wrecks together and yielding spots during races to demonstrate proper positioning, building the maturity fans recognized with their votes.
