Kevin Durant‘s hair has always baffled people, whether it was because he doesn’t appear to care about brushing it or because he doesn’t try to cover his bald area like Lebron James. People are now speculating that his hair may have attained a new level after seeing a fresh picture.

A tweet going viral features a photo of Kevin Durant with what seems to be real dreadlocks. However, it doesn’t appear likely that KD actually acquired dreads over the past few months given the big bald spot he has. Remember that he had a low cut when the Nets’ season unexpectedly ended after the Celtics swept them. If Kevin Durant has dreads, either he has weaved or his hair has grown astronomically quickly recently.
KD’s hair has only ever grown out the maximum during the offseason before he made a comeback from his Achilles injury. How he managed to grow dreadlocks around that bald place seems almost inconceivable.
The dreadlocks style definitely complements Kevin Durant’s face, that much is certain. however, it’s good to see KD receiving some attention for once because of his hair. Durant might want to give this minimalist style some serious thought.

It was recently revealed what Kevin Durant’s hair looks like when it is grown out in a photo taken at NETS practice. At 32 years old, Kevin Durant is having a George Jefferson moment.
This does raise the question of whether KD will ever change his hairdo before retiring.
