Lisa Riddle talks about what her WrestleMania highlight was apart from husband Matt Riddle’s match

WrestleMania 37 was a hit and it featured a lot, a lot, of tasty matches. But perhaps the most underrated one was that between Matt Riddle and Sheamus.

It seemed like a match hastily put together, with no real rivalry and storyline leading up to it. But they made the most of this opportunity.

The two put up a sensational fight, which for many, was one of the best on both nights of the WWE PPV.

And that brutal, physical fight was, of course, a massive moment in Riddle’s career despite losing to ‘The Celtic Warrior’.

It was a big moment for his wife, Lisa Riddle, as well as. As it would have been for all of his friends and family members.

But his wife took to her Instagram story to reveal what another highlight was for her at the event. It was, unsurprisingly, having a chat with the great Ric Flair.

Lisa posted a photo of Charlotte Flair in that story and revealed her happiness at the superstar being back after missing WrestleMania 37 due to a pregnancy scare.

Riddle was up against Randy Orton on RAW this week after his United States title loss to the Irishman and then against Bobby Lashley on the RAW following WrestleMania.

But he pulled off a surprise victory against ‘The Viper’ after countering the RKO to lethal effect. Orton is, of course, in an unfinished rivalry with ‘The Fiend’.

And it will be interesting to see what WWE Creative has in mind for ‘The King of Bros’ next. A rivalry with Lashley would definitely be off the table considering he is the WWE champion now.
