During his University days, he partnered with Soren Hess-Olesen to win the 2015 NCAA doubles championship.

Lloyd Glasspool made his ATP debut in 2016 in doubles at the 2016 Wimbledon Championships. He was given a wildcard to partner fellow British player Dan Evans in the main draw.
Glasspool had to wait for five years before winning his first ATP Tour title. Teaming up with Harri Heliovaara at the 2021 Open 13 in March, Glasspool captured the title after defeating the Dutch duo of Sander Arends and David Pel.
Glasspool and Heliovaara reached their first Masters 1000 quarterfinals at the 2022 Italian Open. This was their debut at the tournament. They defeated then world No. 1 and world No. 2, Joe Salisbury and Rajeev Ram during their campaign.
Glasspool reached a quarterfinal for the first time at a major event at the French Open. He moved into the top 50 for the first time in his career with that result. They also advanced to the finals of the Queen’s Club Championships. This was their first final on grass. However, Glasspool and Heliovaara lost out to Nikola Mektic and Mate Pavic on the big day.
Glasspool and Heliovaara won their biggest title to date at the European Open by defeating Matwe Middelkoop and Rohan Bopanna in the final.
