You can come to Frostfire Island at any time if your item level is above 460 in Lost Ark. It is located northwest of Shushire Island in the Northwest Gienah Sea. As a small island, Mokoko Seeds are not so easy to find here, and there are no challenges. It has very few things to do compared with other islands.

Lost Ark Frostfire Island Mokoko Seeds Location
There are three Mokoko Seeds (Green) available on Frostfire Island, which is located in the Northwest Gienah Sea. When collected, the seeds glow. Mokoko Seeds are extremely easy to grab, but finding and getting to them is a tough job. They might look easy to get, but this is not always the case. There are three types of Mokoko Seeds; the most northern is easily located and picked up, but the other two pose a greater challenge.
In the south, you can grab the most northern of the two Mokoko Seeds by hugging the wall because there will be monsters all over this side of the map. In the north, a bigger boss will not allow you to take the Mokoko Seeds. If you wander off, you’ll meet a much stronger boss than the recommended item level 460. Kill the monsters before getting the seed, but don’t approach them directly.
The boss and his minions will kill you next to the Mokoko Seed if you run past them. It should only take about a minute for them to go back to their places. Now go back to your starting location and respawn with a Phoenix Plume and a Mokoko Seed.
