Predicted West Ham XI to face Crystal Palace in the Premier League
West Ham climbed up to 12th in the Premier League standings with a comfortable 3-1 victory over Cardiff City on Tuesday.
The Hammers will once again be the favourites to claim all three points when they play host to a struggling Crystal Palace unit on Saturday.
Manuel Pellegrini’s men will be in high spirits after back-to-back wins against Newcastle and Cardiff and they will be looking to climb further up the table on Saturday.
Crystal Palace suffered a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Brighton on Tuesday and the onus will be on Roy Hodgson’s men to turn their fortunes around.
Team News
Marko Arnautovic suffered a hamstring injury against Cardiff and he is likely to miss the game on Saturday while Jack Wilshere will be pushing for a return. Aaron Cresswell is yet to recover from his thigh injury while Andriy Yarmolenko, Carlos Sanchez, Manuel Lanzini, Winston Reid and Ryan Fredericks are all long-term absentees due to injuries.

1. Lukasz Fabianski (GK)
The Polish veteran kept out a penalty in the last game and made a number of good saves.
2. Pablo Zabaleta (RB)
He wasn’t fully fit to start the last game but should be up and running for the weekend clash.
3. Fabian Balbuena (CB)
The Paraguayan international missed the last game against Cardiff but should replace Angelo Ogbonna for Saturday’s fixture.
4. Issa Diop (CB)
He has been one of the pillars for West Ham at the back this season and he will need to continue his fine run of form in the heart of the defence.
5. Artur Masuaku (LB)
He showed a lot of improvement in his defensive game and West Ham will need him to perform consistently as Cresswell is out with an injury.
6. Robert Snodgrass (RM)
He bagged a couple of assists against Cardiff and was spot on with his deliveries from set-pieces and corners.
7. Declan Rice (CDM)
The youngster continued his merry way in the midfield in the last game. He has been one of the revelations of the season so far and West Ham will be hoping that he can keep up his good work.
8. Pedro Obiang (CM)
Mark Noble started o Tuesday so Pellegrini might rotate his squad to give the Spaniard a chance in the heart of the midfield.
9. Felipe Anderson (LM)
The Brazilian has slowly grown in confidence as the season has progressed, putting in some scintillating performances in recent weeks.
10. Lucas Perez (ST)
The former Arsenal man scored a brace in the last game and Pellegrini should hand him a start if Arnautovic doesn’t make it to the starting eleven.

He played as a right-back in the last game and scored a goal but Pellegrini should use him up front to replace Javier Hernandez who was quite poor against Cardiff.
