With international break over, Manchester United will resume their Premier League duties when they host Watford on Saturday.
The Red Devils have experienced a slight dip in form, losing their last two games against Arsenal and Wolves. They sit fifth in the table, two points behind fourth-placed Arsenal and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will expect a response from his boys at the weekend.
As far as Watford are concerned, they sit eighth in the table, winning three of their last five games.
Manchester United have been handed a huge injury boost ahead of Saturday’s game.
Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial, Luke Shaw, Romelu Lukaku and Nemanja Matic were all forced to withdraw from international duty through injury but they’ll be all available for selection. However, Lukaku remains a doubt.
Meanwhile, Alexis Sanchez continues to remain sidelined with a knee problem.
Easily one of the best goalkeepers in the world and should start against Watford.
Young has led the team well in the absence of Valencia. He’ll continue at right-back.
Smalling has done well since returning from injury and should keep his place in the starting XI against Watford.
Lindelof has undoubtedly been United’s best defender this season. He is a certain starter at the weekend.
Like Lindelof, Shaw has also been a consistent performer this season. Under Solskjaer, he has become a key man in the defence.
Matic has to be at the top of his game to help United bounce back to winning ways at the weekend.
His energy and intensity remain unmatched, with the Spaniard giving the Red Devils a lot of balance in the team. One of the first names on Solskjaer’s team-sheet.
Martial’s pace and dribbling skills make him one of the most dangerous forwards in the Premier League. The Frenchman will look to cause all kinds of problems for the Watford defenders.
Pogba has been rejuvenated since the appointment of Solskjaer, scoring and assisting goals for fun. The midfielder will aim to deliver the goods and guide the Red Devils to much-needed three points at the weekend.
Lingard is an intelligent player who picks up pockets of spaces to link up play between the midfield and the attack.
