A woman revealed Marv Albert was in a relationship with her for 10 years. She revealed Albert invited her to the Ritz Carlton Hotel in February 1997 and forced her to have sex. During the time, Marv Albert bit her more than 15 times and attacked her. Perhach, the ex-lover of Albert met him in 1986 in the Miami Hilton hotel. Both became closer and started dating.

Masden worked at Hyatt Hotels as a VIP Liaison revealed another shocking information. She said Marv Albert spoke to her and requested her to send a fax from the Dallas hotel room where he stayed.

Marv Albert was charged with felony sodomy, battery charges , and misdemeanor assault. Albert was fired and hired again by NBC. He also paid a fine of $2500 and spent time in jail for a year. The defense team of Albert said the 42 year old woman from Vienna hired a police officer and paid him. Albert also called this act of Perhach an Academy Award winning performance.
