For all the marvel fans, Marvel has a new game for you called Marvel Snap. It is a fast-paced card game that features most of the iconic heroes and villains now. The game is officially upon us and the closed beta is also near. In this guide, we will tell you all the Marvel Snap Beta details.
Marvel Snap Beta Details
The game has a beta version for only Android users in Canada, the Philippines, Singapore, the USA, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand. If you are in any of these locations then you can play it. However, in order to get it, you will need to complete a survey that you will find on the Marvel Snap Website. You can start your journey with Marvel Snap by visiting their official website.
How to sign up?
To join the closed beta, click the purple button that says “Join Beta Test” in the top right corner of the screen. To get more information about the closed beta, click on the hyperlink called “SIGN UP HERE.” This hyperlink will take you to a closed beta screen. It will take around 5 minutes to complete the process.
It’s your only chance to attempt to join the closed beta, so if you’re selected, you will be notified shortly about your access to the beta by email. Completing the survey doesn’t guarantee you a spot in the closed beta but it’s your only chance to try.
During Marvel Snap’s beta testing, you can try it out to see how it’s played. Any progress you make during the beta will remain on your account after the official worldwide release of the game. This means that there won’t be a progression reset when the game transitions from the beta phase to the official release phase. So, you will not have to worry about losing your data and you can enjoy everything as it is even after the official version is released.
Marvel Snap gameplay and other features
Each deck contains only 12 cards. The standard game is only a few minutes long, making it a fast-paced fight with minimal downtime. Players compete for control of three unique zones in these 1v1 matchups. In two of the three zones, player positioning and power development are the keys to success.
Cosmic Cubes
By default, each player must risk one Cosmic Cube in every game. Retreating in the first five turns lowers the risk of fatal combat, allowing you to escape with only one Cosmic Cube lost. When both sides reveal their final movements on the sixth and final turn, though, the stakes appear to have tripled. If you’re feeling brave, it looks that you may ‘Snap’ to increase your wager at any time throughout a game, potentially increasing your Cosmic Cube profits. The more Cosmic Cubes you have, the higher your competitive level is.
