The majority of shrines in the Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom test your observations skill before you enter the Shrine. However, there are also some Shine that have zero puzzles or challenges within them. You must be wondering why these shrines do not have any challenges or puzzles given the gameplay. The answer to this lies in the location of the Shrine as these shrines are in hidden locations which you are to find which is itself the challenge.
One such shrine is the Mayahisik Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingom. Dish Shrine is located in Hateno village. This is a hidden Shrine and there are rewards for finding it. Lucky for players as this Mayahisik Shrine doesn’t require you to do much to hunt it down.

Mayahisik Shrine Location
Before you start your journey to hunt down the Mayahisik Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom go to the Hateno village which can be found within the Mount Lanaryu region. Upon reaching this area activate Mount Lanaryu Skyview’s Tower to get a zoomed-out view and have a look at the entire map.
After doing this make sure that you have a wet in equipped with which you can punch through the rocks and other minerals that you will come across in your journey through the Mayahisik Shrine. Anything that is heavy, blunt, and Powerful would help you with this so we suggest that you attach a boulder or a large stone slab to the weapon you equip.
Mayahisik Shrine can be found in a cave under the Hateno Secret Lab Tech building. You can spot this secret lab on the hillside of the north of the village. Breath of the Wild players would recognize this place as it is the same place where Purah resided.
If you are still not able to recognize this location don’t worry there is another way to find it!
You will be able to see an isolated house with a tall tower that overlooks Hateno Village. On finding it look for a drop-off to the right of the winding pathway that will take you to this Tower. This place will be covered in trees and large rocks.
Now you will have to pass through these trees and toward the rocks on the side of the Cliff. You will find rocks that look strange and easily recognizable as you have to hit and smash them. In case you are wondering what rocks look like they will have cracks on them and this will your hint to smash them.
It’s time to use your weapon as mentioned above. Make use of a blunt heavy and powerful weapon and then smack The Rocks with them till you burst through them.
Once you are inside a whole will take you down into the Retsam Forest cave. Jump down into the hole and then go to the cave. Onlineting turn around to see the glowing Mayahisik Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Follow the pathway and enter it.
Mayahisik Shrine Rewards
As mentioned this is one of the shrines that only required you to find them in their hidden location. This means that the Quest involves you finding the hidden Shrine in the tears of the kingdom. Upon finding it you will be able to collect the reward that awaits you inside the Shrine.
The rewards include the Shrine’s Treasure Chest which has a Magic Sceoter with an Attack Potency of Seven. With these Magic Scepters and Rods, the damage comes from the crystal that’s attached to it and its elemental power.
After you get your hands on the rewards you can move further in the Shrine to collect your Light Blessing.
