Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon- is the inspiration for Melty Blood Type Lumina. This is a fan-favorite game that has attracted a large number of players since its release. And, because this is a fighter game, deciding which character to play is critical. After that, you may focus all of your attention and effort on mastering that character’s move set. So, here’s the Melty Blood Type Lumina Best Characters Tier List.
Before we begin, it’s important to note that this is merely my opinion of the best characters. There’s a good chance you’ll come across a character who doesn’t belong in that tier. That’s alright because you can still have a good time with them and possibly defeat several S or A Tier characters. Let’s look at the best characters Tier List now.
Melty Blood Type Lumina Tier List
S Tier
- Akiha Tohno – Following her father’s death, Akiha takes over as Leader of the Tohno House. She is adamant about upholding her family name and will go to any length to do so.
- Kohaku – Kohaku is an expert in pharmaceuticals and has worked at the Tohno household since she was a child. Don’t be misled by her broom; it conceals a sword. Not only that, but she can also throw firebombs and summon bizarre flora.
- Red Arcueid – She became a vampire as a result of an incident, or at least her impulses are vampire-like. Red is a fearsome opponent for humans, and her increased abilities make her even more so.
- Saber – Saber is a knight in dazzling armour who carries Excalibur, the holy sword. She’s got a secret of her own that she has to solve.

A Tier
- Miyako Ariyama – Miyako is the Ariyama family’s eldest daughter and Shiki’s self-proclaimed sister. In conflicts, she employs the Bajiquan combat style and lets her combat do the talking for her.
- Kouka Kishima – The Kishima household is led by Kouka. He’s half-human, half-demon, yet his fighting prowess prevents you from seeing his human side. Scorching heat is one of his talents, and it can reduce his opponents to ashes.
- Shiki Tohno – Shiki is the Tohno household’s eldest son, who was raised by the Ariyama family. Death appears to him as a series of points and lines. If you come up against him in battle, remember that he won’t be wearing any glasses, and you’ll be able to see his death eyes.
- Ciel – Ciel works for a company called Burial Agency as an executor. Her appearance may lead you to believe she is forgiving, but her actions speak volumes. Anyone she discovers to be a heretic will be hunted down and destroyed.
B Tier
- Noel – Noel started as a new teacher at Shiki’s school, but her true function is as the Holy Church’s executor. It makes no difference to her whether her opponent is weak or strong; when it comes to finishing them out, she will show no mercy.
- Vlov Arkhangel – Vlov is a resurrected Dead Apostle from the frigid wastelands of the far north. He converts blood into heat by using it. He employs these frigid and fiery elements of his personality to help him turn the fight’s tides.
- Hisui – Kohaku’s younger sister and another maid in the Tohno family. When it comes to fighting, she isn’t as violent as her sister, but underestimate her and you will lose in no time.
- Arcueid Brunestud – She is a member of the True Ancestors’ royal family. She isn’t your average vampire, though; she can withstand direct sunlight and is on a mission to find the Dead Apostles.
- Michael Roa Valdamjong – “Infinite Reincarnator” and “Serpent of Akasha” are some of Michael’s aliases. Controlling electricity is one of his powers.
