The 31-year-old won his first title in the Challenger event in Concepcion in January. He followed it up with a run to the finals of the Cordoba Open. Coria lost to Sebastian Baez in the final.

Coria comes into the tournament on the back of a 3-match losing streak. He competed in Indian Wells recently where his run ended in the round of 128 when he was outplayed by compatriot Diego Schwartzman. Last year in Miami, Coria couldn’t get past the round of 128 as he lost to Jenson Brooksby. Coria will be hoping for a deeper run in this year’s tournament.

Since then, Lehecka has played in the Dubai Tennis Championships where he was ousted in the round of 32 and also Indian Wells where he exited in the round of 64.
