In the 2023 Major League Baseball season, the Los Angeles Dodgers will compete with the expectation of bringing home the championship trophy. The Dodgers had a dissatisfying finish to their previous season, so they made some moves, during which they also lost some key players, but they are now well-positioned to compete for a championship this year.

The fact that the Dodgers didn’t make a significant investment in free agency this time around, despite the fact that they lost numerous key players, was a cause for concern. Some people believe that they are stocking up in preparation for Shohei Ohtani’s arrival the following season.

The health of a large number of their pitchers is still a major concern for the Dodgers, which is one of the reasons why they are not the prohibitive favorites to win the World Series this year.
