Mommy makeover: Prior to her untimely passing, Jacky Oh, the longtime companion of “Wild ‘N Out” actor D.C. Young Fly, reportedly traveled to Miami for a “mommy makeover.” Before having surgery, the former “Wild ‘N Out” girl posted a photo with well-known surgeon Dr. Zachary Okhah that has since been deleted.

Jacky, whose real name is Jacklyn Smith, grinned as she stood next to the surgeon, who was dressed in black scrubs, while just wearing a disposable medical gown.
Jacky passed away on Thursday, according to TMZ, at the age of 33.
According to reports, D.C., 31, learned about it while he was in Atlanta recording fresh episodes of the Nick Cannon-produced improv show “Wild ‘N Out.” The “House Party” singer and the Jacky couple had three kids together: girls Nova and Nala, as well as son Prince, who was born last year. They first met on the “Wild ‘N Out” set in 2015.
In a statement, Jacky’s family confirmed that she passed away on Wednesday.
The Smith family announced that Jakclyn, alias MsJackyOh, passed away on May 31, 2023. “It is with saddened (sic) hearts that we share with you that Jakclyn aka MsJackyOh has passed away on Wednesday, May 31st, 2023,” they said. “Please respect our family’s need for privacy while we process this extremely tragic and unexpected loss,” the statement reads.
Following the originator of J Nove lip gloss’ passing, a spokeswoman for BET Media Group posted a message on Instagram. “We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, better known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild N’ Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed,” the statement stated.
They also said, “Over the course of five seasons, Jacky Oh was a devoted friend and adored teammate of the Wild N’ Out group. More importantly, she was a fantastic mother to her three lovely kids.”
The Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all of Jacky Oh’s friends who loved and cared for him throughout this difficult time get our profound sympathies from the BET Media Group. Many members of the “Wild ‘N Out” cast expressed their condolences to D.C. and his family.
