Predicted Arsenal XI to face Leicester City in the Premier League
Arsenal have taken the Premier League by storm under their new manager Unai Emery. After a difficult start to the season, the Gunners have managed to win their last eight games across all competitions.
Leicester City, on the hand other, have made a mixed start to their campaign with four wins and four losses out of their first eight games. In other words, they have shown flashes of brilliance but have let themselves down at times with inconsistencies.
The Gunners will be looking to capitalize on their winning form when they welcome the Foxes on Monday while Claude Puel’s men will be hoping to turn their fortunes around after losing 2-1 to Everton before the international break.
Arsenal absolutely thrashed Fulham 5-1 in their last outing in the Premier League and the fans have every right to expect something similar from their team on Monday.
Team News
Arsenal will miss the services of centre-back Sokratis due to an ankle injury that he picked up last week but Mesut Ozil will be back after a missing the trip to Fulham due to back spasms.
Laurent Koscielny and Ainsley Maitland-Niles are back from their respective injuries but are not likely to play a part on Monday.
Danny Welbeck and Petr Cech will face late fitness tests before the game.

Bernd Leno (GK)
The German has already shown that he is a better choice for Emery if he wants to play out from the back and he is very neat with his glovework as well.
Hector Bellerin (RB)
He had a good game against Fulham and contributed a lot to both the attack and the defence. Emery should hand him a start ahead of Stephan Lichtsteiner.
Rob Holding (CB)
He has been solid overall and should be the first choice to replace Sokratis.
Shkodran Mustafi (CB)
He endured a horrible start to the season but has slowly settled down in the heart of Arsenal’s defence.
Nacho Monreal (LB)
The veteran has been involved in a lot of build-up play down the left and has looked quite solid at the back.
Granit Xhaka (CDM)
The Swiss international struggled in the earlier games but seems to have come into his own in last few matches and has looked very tidy with his passing.
Lucas Torreira (CDM)
The new Uruguayan recruit has emerged as Arsenal’s livewire in central midfield and has influenced proceedings with his crucial tackles and interceptions in the middle of the park.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan (RW)
He had a good game against Fulham and contributed a lot to the attack with some precise passes. Emery should hand him a start ahead of Ozil.
Aaron Ramsey (CAM)
He might be set to depart the club next summer but he is still Emery’s first-choice playmaker with his vision and aggression.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (LW)
The former Borussia Dortmund man came off the bench and scored a brace against Fulham and he should replace Alex Iwobi on the left for Monday’s clash.
