Myron Gaines real name is Amrou Fudl. He is best known as host of the Fresh and Fit podcast. However, he has yet to share publicly why he chose his ‘stage name’. Gaines attended Northeastern University and was part of their rowing team from 2010 to 2011.
During his time at college he also played basketball and was involved in bodybuilding, which is where the idea for his next business idea started. After leaving college, Amrou Fudl worked as a DHS special agent but he now works full time as a presenter, real estate investor, and business owner.
Gaines has almost 30k followers on his Instagram account where he posts fitness inspiration and items about his podcast. He also owns fitness brand Unplugged Fitness, also known as Fresh and Fit Fitness. Gaines’ business offers specially tailored bodybuilding programmes and rowing fitness improvement sessions. Gaines has said his aim is to make men feel more confident and happy about their bodies.
He has a YouTube channel, FreshandFit, where he uploads content about women, health, and money. In addition, he has a podcast called Fresh&Fit Podcast, where he tackles various topics.
He is also a real estate investor and owns nine properties at the time of writing. In addition, Myron is a fashion model who has grown in popularity through his Instagram account, which currently has over 107 thousand followers. He uses the platform to share his fashionable outfits and modelling photos.

Gaines regularly tells his male followers to lie — or “exaggerate” things like the number of women they’ve had sex with — to their partners and “smash” (sleep with) as many women as possible. He also advocates for dating multiple women at one time.
Like Andrew Tate, who has appeared on the Fresh and Fit podcast many times, Gaines regularly warns men against getting romantically involved with single mothers. “When a woman has a child,” he said on one podcast episode, “there is no upside for you as a man coming in and taking care of that child … The stepdaddy game is an L [loss] for most guys.”
