NBA 2K24 Game is coming to the Game Pass players to enjoy this basketball simulation game on the PC.
The latest news from Game Pass tracker revealed the release of NBA 2K24 game on the Game Pass. Not super excited about this release as the game was not received well by critics and fans alike. The Xbox Game Pass catalog varies from month to month and there are situations where we get AAA games by big publishers like 2K on the Game Pass service.
NBA 2K24 ought to have been the ideal venue for commemorating Kobe Bryant’s career and his enduring impact on basketball. Rather, persistent microtransactions and repetitive game modes eclipse his legacy.
Only a few new features are included in NBA 2K24 game, compared to its more inventive predecessor. ProPlay technology is the most prominent addition.
Even while the recently added feature makes every layup, dunk, and jump shot seem more realistic than before, this visual improvement is insufficient to save what is basically simply a modern layer of paint applied over an antiquated and uninspired base.
With its most recent addition to the venerable basketball franchise, Visual Concepts was anticipated to capitalize on the success of its inventive and pleasantly surprising NBA 2K23 and provide even more enhancements.
Honestly, not a fan of NBA 2K24 game due to the introduction of Microtransactions. In video games, microtransactions are little in-game purchases used to obtain virtual products, items, or money. These purchases are usually paid with real money.
Although these transactions can take many different forms and have varied objectives, game publishers and developers frequently use them to make extra money on top of the game’s original purchase price.
I do not understand why we do not get a proper game with no microtransactions and amazing gameplay. I personally thought 2K learned its lesson from the abysmal WWE 2K20. They took a year off and made a comeback with WWE 2K22. They could have used the same formula for this series but obviously, they had to choose the microtransactions route. Hopefully, the next installment will be better.
